Wanted to let you know that our Travel Agent Alex will be out of her office from October 21 through November 10, yes even travel agents deserve a fun vacation! Alex will have a back-up substitute agent in place but I would like to request that you contact me or wait till Alex returns, if at all possible.
If it is an absolute emergency and can’t wait, please contact me and I will follow-up with the appropriate steps in coordinating a solution.
